Rental agreement

The terms

1. Your reservation

   Your items are held once your deposit or first payment clears. Availability is confirmed by text.

2. Payment

   You may pay in full, pay a deposit of 30% of the total, or use a payment plan of 3 equal payments. Any balance is due 7 days before your event.

3. Damage deposit

   A refundable damage deposit of 15% of the rental subtotal, at least $50, is held with your order. It is returned within 3 days of pickup if everything comes back clean and undamaged.

4. Delivery

   Someone must be at the site during the delivery window. The path to the setup area must be clear. Stairs or long carries may cost more, and I will tell you first.

5. Pickup

   Picked up items must come back by the agreed time. Late returns may be charged a second rental day.

6. Care of the items

   Items stay indoors or under cover unless they were rented for outdoor use. Please do not stake, tape or paint anything. Stack chairs and tables where they were dropped.

7. Damage and loss

   Anything lost or damaged is charged at repair or replacement cost, taken first from your damage deposit.

8. Changing or canceling

   Cancel more than 7 days before your event for a full refund. Inside that window the deposit is kept, unless the event is a funeral, where I will always work with your family.

9. Weather

   Tents are taken down in high wind for safety. If that happens I will call you first and refund the tent.
